Pricing
Construction will not begin until at least 6 of the 10 shares are sold. An incentive discount will be provided to early buyers in an effort to expedite the start of construction. The following price schedule is divided into three distinct phases. For example, if you purchase prior to ground breaking you will save $10,000 over the Phase 2 price and $30,000 over the Phase 3 price!

Phase 1: From Initial Planning until Ground Breaking

Phase 2: From Ground Break until Completion of Drywall

$220,000 per share

Phase 3: From Completion of Drywall until Occupancy

$240,000 per share

The above prices may be adjusted to accommodate current budget and needs of the seller. Seller will NOT sell shares for less than the previous sales unless a refund of the difference is paid to all previous buyers. Exceptions would be if fair market value decreased below previous selling prices.
All money will be controlled by escrow. No Money is paid directly to JLFRE and JLFRE does not have access to funds until certain milestones are completed and escrow conditions are satisfied. So, all owners can rest assured that their investment is safe and money will be used appropriately.
