We have been vacationing in June Lake for over 30 years and have always wanted a place of our own in this outdoor paradise. Every time we toured the real estate market in June Lake, we found it difficult to justify the price tag against the 4 or 5 weeks per year we would use the property. When the bottom fell out of the real estate market in 2009, we decided we were not going to miss another opportunity. Now was our chance to do the same with our vacation dream home.
